I visited this clinic for Botox for the first time. The staff were friendly and I was seen quickly, but unfortunately the treatment didn’t go well. I’ve had Botox for about four years and have never had any problems, but this time I ended up with a noticeably droopy eyelid. At my follow-up appointment I was told there wasn’t anything they could do, apart from suggesting a warm towel. Nothing else was offered and I wasn’t advised about any options that might help. I later found out on my own that there are prescription eye drops that can temporarily improve a droopy eyelid until the Botox settles. It would have been helpful to have been told this at the time. The droop was obvious enough that I felt uncomfortable going to social events. Overall it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t return.
