I’ve been going to Biocell Cosmetic Clinic since March for monthly PRP (under eyes and smile lines) combined with microneedling, as well as regular peels and microdermabrasion, and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. Chelsea is absolutely amazing! I've also seen Michaela and some of the other girls. They are all so knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely care about their clients. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and confident every visit. I’ve noticed such a huge improvement in my skin’s texture, brightness, and overall glow. I can’t recommend Biocell enough if you’re looking for real results and a team that truly knows what they’re doing!

I waited over 9 months to provide a REAL, informed review. Initially, I was impressed; the staff were friendly and instilled confidence that their treatments would truly benefit my skin. I underwent 3 rounds of PRP, which made my skin look great for two weeks, but then my skin reverted to its pre-treatment state. After researching, I found they extract less blood compared to other clinics, which might not have helped either. It was a real waste of $$$ for me, unfortunately. I have now turned to microneedling, vitamin C treatments, and doing red LED at home for a far more cost-effective approach. I have talked to them about my honest experience, and they just try to discredit everything I say, which is extremely disappointing. NOTE: I have been updated my review to respond to Biocell. I have read their response which they have edited and changed, and it is not honest.
