I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience at Cosmetique Glenelg as a new patient. I had booked a 2:00 p.m. appointment for lip fillers, which was confirmed by the clinic. I was really looking forward to this appointment because it was meant to be a special birthday treat for myself. My friend and I drove approximately 30 minutes to get there, only to arrive and find the doors locked. We waited outside for over 30 minutes, repeatedly calling the clinic, but eventually they stopped answering our calls altogether. We were previously told they were available at that time, yet once we arrived, we were suddenly told they were “busy.” As a new patient, this experience was incredibly disheartening and unprofessional. There was no communication, no apology, and no effort to accommodate us after confirming our booking. Being left outside, ignored, and unable to even enter the clinic made me feel completely neglected as a customer. What made this even more upsetting is that this appointment was something I had been excited about as a birthday treat to myself, and instead it turned into a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this clinic based on the poor customer service, lack of communication, and disregard for patients’ time.

I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful service at Cosmetique Glenelg. We booked a 2 p.m. appointment, which they confirmed, so we drove a long 30 minutes to our booking. When we arrived, the doors were locked, and despite calling them, they stopped answering our calls. They kept saying they were busy, even though they had explicitly confirmed we had a slot. We were left waiting, ignored, and entirely neglected. This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We will never return, and I strongly warn others not to waste their time or trust here.

I contacted the Glenelg store after emailing to get a rough price for a service and was told to DM their Instagram page. I did that and haven’t heard any response in days. I ended up calling the store and the lady who answered sounded really dull, unfriendly and super unhelpful. The whole experience was pretty disheartening and honestly made me not even feel comfortable coming in just from that phone call. It shouldn’t be this hard just to get a rough price.
