I came first time to the clinic as I experienced Post Inflammation Hyperpigmentation as a result from other local skin clinic which not listening to me re my sensitive skin. Sabeen saw me and she told me to rest my skin for a month, instead of pushing me to do any treatments or shoving me to buy their products. She only suggested me to use, gentle cleanser, SPF for AM, and moisturiser for PM. Once my skin is ready, she gives me an option to do laser clarity and knowing how sensitive my skin and how traumatise of me with any skin procedure, she explained everything in detail and started the setting in really gentle/low setting. They definitely care for your skin and not pushing or selling you things or services unless you need it. Highly recommend this place in Miranda, Sydney.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I have been trying to book an appointment with Dr Khan for the past three months, but the process has been extremely frustrating. The staff, including his wife Sabeen and the reception team, have been quite unprofessional and unhelpful throughout. On one occasion, my appointment was scheduled after multiple attempts, only to be cancelled a few days later without proper explanation, saying that the doctor is no longer taking new patients. This could have been communicated clearly from the beginning, which would have saved a lot of time and inconvenience. I believe that clear communication and basic professionalism are essential in healthcare settings. If new patients are not being accepted, this should be made transparent to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. Overall, the experience felt disorganised and discourteous. I hope the clinic improves its communication and patient handling in the future.
