I have come to this Silk location a couple of times now and have found the service to be incredible.The staff are amazing at what they do and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The genuine care which they show is clear in the way they check in on your results and make an effort to get to know you. Whenever I am unsure about something related to my treatment the staff give me clear and accurate advice to ensure I achieve optimal results and leave feeling confident. The attentiveness of the staff during treatments also leaves you feeling well cared for, knowing that they will check in with you throughout treatments so the intensity level is manageable for you. I appreciate the extra effort this clinic put into making sure the space is clean and well looked after, they have created a relaxing environment which I look forward to continue coming to.
