Hi I have been getting service from silk laser since last 7 years.. The previous clinic near prospect was my regular one as I lived nearby since I have moved my services to this clinic and the ONE AND ONLY CLINIC where my appointments are getting canceled most of the time from them saying the therapist are not available and when we give them a call to rebook it the staff especially girls call Elena was really rude and unprofessional there.. They don’t value people’s time. I never had to experience that due to being a few mins late they have canceled my appointment. The manager though she is wonderful. But some staff has zero manners and they behave like we are the ones at fault by calling them and asking why on the issue.. Planning to move back to other sulk.. worst customer service and manners..
