I have been going to skin aid Beverley hills for about a year, I find that I like coming because of the attentive customer service. I really appreciate the hygienic practices taken with every service and the price point is just right for my budget. If I ever have questions the time is taken to fully explain in a way I can understand. I really appreciate this clinic and trust her with my friends too.

I just needed the answer to a yes or no question. You’d think that wouldn’t be too hard for a skin care related query regarding microdermabrasion. Either the email provided on their website doesn’t work, or they just don’t care about people unless their paying customers... -.- Perhaps, just poor business, or customer service skills - hence the two stars. These characteristics a requirement of 60-80% of successful businesses. Kindest regards - and thank you for wasting my valuable time✌️ (I emailed from two different email addresses in case that was the issue, double checked their email a few times, and waited for over a month for a response)
