I booked here at the Manse because i was going to do my lips, and then I changed my mind. I paid a $350- deposit which I read in the terms and conditions is there policy for booking and there is no refund on this deposit. If you want to go to this clinic, just make sure you are a hundred percent doing your treatment because there are no alternatives. Since i didnt want to spend money on top I ended up getting a led light for fifteen minutes. And having some moisturisers applied, I feel like I just threw three hundred and fifty dollars out.The window, I understand it is the policy.Although it would have been good if I could have redeemed the money on products or just got my money back..

- caused eyelid droop after first treatment - Dr Ryan tried to argue there is no droopy lid and I always looked like this. I'm going to assume that wasn't a racist statement. Easily disproven by showing a before pic - No apology because of consent paper, told me to go complain to health care complaint commissioner if I want one

I had a distressing and disheartening experience at The Manse Clinic. After sustaining a cosmetic injury from a skin needling procedure at another clinic, I sought help for the resulting skin damage and booked a consultation with one of the nurses. At first, I was incredibly relieved—she seemed to understand the nature of my injury and offered treatment suggestions that made sense. This was the first glimmer of hope I’d had in over two years, after seeing many dermatologists who were unable to help me. Following the appointment, I called the clinic with a single follow-up question but was told I would need to book another $350 consultation. Three weeks later, I left a voicemail to schedule the follow-up, but received no response. I tried again two months later, closer to the time the nurse had initially suggested I return—but the day before my appointment, I was emailed to say she was taking leave and my booking was cancelled. I reached out via email to request an appointment with another clinician who might have similar expertise, but my message went unanswered. I was left with the impression that the clinic had decided not to take me on as a client, yet no one communicated this directly. I fully understand that clinics have the right to determine who they treat. However, if it was not clinically appropriate for me to be seen at The Manse, I would have appreciated a clear, honest explanation. Instead, I felt dismissed, ignored, and ultimately rejected without any transparency. This experience left me not only disappointed, but emotionally hurt. I came seeking help for a vulnerable issue, and instead was met with silence when I needed care and communication most. NB - Please take down your aggressive threat of legal action - it is not warranted - as I have edited the review to include only my opinion and experience, which is genuine.

Lumps from nasolabial fold filler that persisted for years. Got an infection in my eye after eye trough filler. They said it was coincidence. Maybe, but my first eye infection ever. Extremely overpriced. Go to Korea, you’ll save money even with flights and a hotel.

Disappointing experience – misleading pricing and poor transparency I was charged $1,640 for an Aquagold + Rejuran + Botox treatment, but the experience left me feeling completely misled. I specifically asked to remove the Botox but was told the price wouldn’t change. I also inquired about using Rejuran Classic, but the consultant offered me 1cc of Rejuran Eye for full-face treatment — something I later discovered is not clinically appropriate or effective. Rejuran Eye is designed for under-eye use, and 1cc is far too little for full-face results. Their Rejuran classic 2cc costs $1600 when other clinics offer $950. There was no printed price list, no written treatment breakdown, and no aftercare instructions provided. Communication was rushed, and I had to keep asking questions just to understand what I was signing up for. If i paid a premium price, i expected a premium experience by professional doctor. I was told a doctor would come over, but instead, the doctor appeared briefly on FaceTime from inside a car, and the procedure was still done by the consultant — with no proper skin prep (no face wash either), and the entire session lasted under 5 minutes - no machine required, you can literally buy the handheld device (single use needles) online and perform on yourself. What’s worse is that the clinic’s website lists Aquagold at $550 and Rejuran Booster at $790, totaling $1,340, yet I was charged $1,640. That’s a $300 difference with no clear explanation. Be very careful of this clinic as they charge a ridiculous price for a really budget and poor service
