I recently had my upper blepharoplasty and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Eliza was my main contact and she was absolutely lovely. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel informed and supported before the day even arrived. On the day of the procedure, Silvana was the nurse looking after me and she was incredibly sweet and comforting. She was easy to chat with and her calm, reassuring presence made the whole process feel so much easier. Dr Nasser, who performed the procedure, was wonderful.
